Firmly with the Adama-Roslin axis. Felix-Zarek are the axeeeeeees of eeeeeeeeveeeeeeeeelllllll. Like you said, when LauraLee mutinied, no one got hurt (except Venner), but everytime Felix mutinies, bullets will fly. Poor deluded boy! Why don't you go hug him, will I scrounge more ammo for
myOUR girl.It's not fair. I love Lee and Kara. Together and individually. They have done the same thing. If a marine had let off a shot in Colonial One while Lee held a gun to Tigh's head it would've have been a bloodbath. My kids were just . . . lucky. My boy doesn't have the luck. But I don't think he's evil. He thinks he's doing the right thing. And I admire him going all the way. I think he needs that. To be strong and not take it anymore.
Adama/Roslin can be evil too! They haven't killed but it's a near thing. Adama offered to airlock Baltar once. He would have done it. They can do whatever they want. Their only check was their own shifting moral codes. They were checks on each other once. But Laura left. She abdicated, as Zarek said. If she hadn't left that leadership vacuum this mutiny could not have happened. They needed her and she left them. It's not evil, though, I guess. People make . . . mistakes.
I am hugging Felix! My girl is awesome. I love her and will forgive her anything, I can't help it. And I guess I extend that to my boy too. Who am I kidding? I love all of them. From Venner to Jaffe to Kelly to little Hera.

So the shipper in me is totally satisfied.
I honestly cannot believe the arrogance of Gaeta. Does he actually think he can command Galactica himself? With none of the senior staff? He has got to realize he's just Zarek's puppet.
I mean, I'm at least somewhat sympathetic. He's been through hell, and his idealism just gets squashed. It sucks about his leg; it sucks that it was never dealt with (although he was mutinying at that time too, but the fact that they just brushed over everything only allowed him to go around believing he was right).
But he and Zarek don't seem to have any long-term plan. I mean, even if they're right about the cylon alliance (and I get why they that freaks people out) I have no faith in Gaeta's ability to defend the fleet against Cavil's forces whenever they show up. His plan to take over the ship was clever and well-executed. But when it's a matter of fighting off the cylons who want to wipe you out instead of taking advantage of decent people who mistakenly trusted you, I just don't buy that he has what it takes to roll the hard six. And I don't buy that he can maintain the confidence of the people of the fleet long term as a military leader (not that I think it will get to that point).
O, and Laird's been deck chief since Adama busted Tyrol down a few ranks in the aftermath of Cally's death.

He's willing to kill more humans for control, never mind propogating the species. He's always bent to destroy the status quo.. but at what price? The vaccumm will be chaos and weakness.
Really? (Cause I could have stand to see more kissing and hugging and armporn). Ok, yes, there was a distinct lack of armporn. But as for more kissing and hugging, I would have loved it, but part of me thinks it would have felt out of place. Like in fanfic or something it totally works, but in the actual show, I sort of like that they got right to the ass-kicking. But I totally want 'the world is ending again and I need you frakking' on the baseship.

And really, I don't think any of the civilians would buy it either. Of course, they don't know that he's a morpha addict.
